Operation Guidance

1. Homogenize the emulsion fully before use; can dilute with clean water according to actual working condition (dilution ratio 1:1 ~ 1:3)
2. Adopt low-pressure uniform spraying on single surface of rubber cut pieces; avoid excessive dosage leading to thick film accumulation
3. Wait until the surface fully dry before stacking rubber cut soles to achieve ideal anti-sticking effect
4. Filter diluted liquid before adding to spraying equipment to avoid tiny impurities blocking nozzle
5. After daily operation, clean spray gun and pipeline with clear water to prevent emulsion solidification blocking
