Application Fields

This Double Station Four Column Hot Press Laminating Machine serves footwear workshops, shoe material processing plants, sneaker production lines and leather shoe shaping lines. It completes hot melt bonding and shaping of toe puffs, heel counters and shoe uppers, and also applies to hot pressing of shoe linings and leather decorative pieces, covering both shoe sample development and mass production.

Ideal for toe and heel shaping of sports shoes, leather shoes, casual shoes and children shoes. Adjustable temperature and pressure adapt to toe puffs of different hardness and upper materials, delivering firmly bonded and neatly shaped shoe parts to meet the quality and efficiency requirements of shoemaking mass production.

Operation Guidance

1. Check power supply, hydraulic oil level and heating mold fixation before startup
2. Adjust pressing temperature, pressure and holding time based on toe puff material and upper thickness
3. Test press with small samples to confirm bonding effect before mass production
4. Place shoe parts with toe puff on the station mold, start equipment to complete automatic hot pressing
5. Clean residual glue and debris on table, shut down heating system and power after daily work

Installation Guidance

1. Place machine on flat solid ground and reserve space for heat dissipation and maintenance
2. Connect AC220V power supply with reliable grounding wire
3. Install shoe style molds, hydraulic pipelines and safety guards following operation manual
4. Run 5–10 minutes no-load test, finish pressing parameter debugging with sample shoe parts

Maintenance & Repair Instructions

Daily Maintenance

Clean surface dust and residual glue; check hydraulic oil level and heating working status

Weekly Maintenance

Inspect pipeline sealing condition, tighten loose connectors and test safety alarm function

Monthly Maintenance

Deep clean hydraulic filter, check heating tube aging degree and replace severely worn seals timely

Repair Rules

Solve faults according to screen graphic prompts; cut off power and release hydraulic pressure before disassembly; replace aging heating tubes regularly to guarantee bonding quality
