    Operation Guidance


    1. Confirm die contour matches product drawing before installation on cutting machine
    2. Adjust press pressure according to material thickness, avoid excessive pressure causing blade chipping
    3. Place protective cardboard under soft materials to reduce blade wear
    4. Wipe blade edge and apply anti-rust oil after daily production
    5. Store die horizontally on flat rack, avoid heavy stacking on the cutting cavity area

    StorageGuidance


    1. Stock in dry ventilated workshop warehouse, keep away from humid environment to prevent blade rusting
    2. Protect blade edge from hard impact and collision during moving and storage
    3. Keep molds flatly placed, do not tilt or stack heavy goods above the die cavity
