Application Fields


This Rubber Vulcanizing Press serves rubber outsole manufacturers, rubber product processing plants, complete shoemaking lines and shoe material R&D centers. It is specially used for compression vulcanization molding of rubber outsoles, rubber welts, rubber gaskets and various special-shaped rubber parts, widely applied to casual shoes, work shoes, sports shoes, rain boots and other footwear.
Two tonnage specifications meet small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production demands respectively. Through precise pressure and temperature control, it ensures consistent physical performance and appearance of rubber products, and meets the core requirements of the footwear industry for wear resistance, flex resistance and dimensional stability of rubber soles.

Operation Guidance


  1. Check hydraulic oil level, electrical connections, heating plate surface and safety protection devices before startup to confirm normal status
  2. Set vulcanization temperature, holding time and clamping pressure on the control panel according to rubber material process requirements
  3. Place the rubber-loaded mold steadily in the center of the lower heating plate, start the clamping program, and the equipment automatically pressurizes and heats up
  4. After the vulcanization timer ends, the equipment automatically releases pressure and opens the mold; take out the finished product and clean residual rubber on the mold
  5. After daily production, turn off the heating and hydraulic system, clean the heating plate surface and perform routine maintenance

Maintenance & Repair Instructions

Daily Maintenance

Check hydraulic oil level daily; clean dust on the machine surface; confirm normal function of safety devices

Weekly Maintenance

Check pipeline joints for leakage; tighten loose bolts; calibrate temperature sensor deviation

Monthly Maintenance

Replace hydraulic oil filter element; lubricate four-column guide posts with high-temperature grease; inspect sealing condition

Repair Note

Always cut off the main power and release residual system pressure before maintenance; replace sealing parts with original specification accessories to ensure hydraulic tightness
