The Chactive Hot Air Seam Sealing Machine is an industrial-grade device specially designed for outdoor waterproof products. It melts waterproof tape with high-temperature hot air and seals sewing seams completely under roller pressure to achieve 100% waterproof performance. It is widely used in seam taping processes for products such as outdoor jackets, raincoats, tents, waterproof shoes, and wetsuits, serving as core equipment for waterproof processing in the footwear, apparel, and outdoor supplies industries.
Equipped with a touch-controlled PLC control system, the machine supports fully digital adjustment of temperature, speed, and pressure parameters, enabling 24-hour continuous operation with 1.5 times the efficiency of traditional taping machines. It features automatic tape feeding and cutting to reduce manual errors and adapt to rapid switching of small-batch, multi-specification orders.

Operating Instructions
Check the air supply pressure (0.45~0.6MPa) and power connection to ensure no leaks or loose connections.
Install the waterproof tape, thread it through the tape feeding mechanism, and adjust the tape tension and position.

Parameter Adjustment
Set the heating temperature (adjusted according to fabric / tape material, usually 250~450℃), stitching speed, and pressure roller pressure via the touch panel.

Align the sewn fabric seam with the pressure roller and gently step on the foot switch to start the machine.

Shutdown & Maintenance
After operation, turn off the heating system first and wait for the hot air gun to cool to room temperature before switching off the power and air supply.
Clean the pressure roller and hot air gun nozzle regularly, remove adhesive residues and fabric debris to extend the service life of the equipment.
