- Start the equipment to automatically complete nitrogen injection, heating, pressure holding and pressure relief procedures
- After the procedure is finished and the pressure is fully released, open the tank door and take out the foamed materials
- Clean residual materials inside the tank after daily production, and check the sealing ring for wear
Installation Guidance
- Place the equipment on a solid reinforced concrete foundation, and reserve sufficient operation and maintenance space around it
- Connect the matched power supply, nitrogen gas source, cooling water system and exhaust pipeline according to the equipment drawing
- Conduct pressure test and leak detection on the tank body and pipeline after installation, and confirm no leakage
- Run 2–3 times no-load test and 1 time trial foaming test with materials, and adjust process parameters before formal production
