Application Fields


This CNC Shoe Last Carving Machine serves footwear factories, shoe last processing plants, footwear R&D studios and shoemaking accessories workshops. It processes shoe lasts with PE, substitute wood, solid wood and aluminum alloy materials for new footwear pattern development and small-batch last production.
Ideal for men's shoes, women's shoes, children's shoes and special shoe last making. Adjustable spindle speed and feed parameters fit materials of different hardness, outputting standard high-precision shoe lasts to meet shoemaking process requirements.

Operation Guidance

  • Check power supply, spindle fixture and cutting tool before startup
  • Import 3D last files and set machining parameters by material features
  • Fix the last blank well, complete tool setting and trial cutting before mass production
  • Start automatic machining, monitor running status during processing
  • Clean cutting chips and cut off power supply after daily work
