· Wear-resistant transmission gears, lower long-term replacement cost
· Clear abnormal running reminder to avoid invalid test data and material waste
Application Fields
This Digital Ross Sole Bending Fatigue Tester serves footwear quality control laboratories, shoe material factories, finished shoe manufacturers and third-party footwear inspection institutions. It conducts flexing resistance fatigue tests on rubber, EVA, PU outsoles and leather upper materials to detect cracking, breaking and delamination after repeated bending.
Ideal for testing sports shoes, casual shoes, children’s shoes and safety shoe soles. Adjustable bending angle and frequency fit various soft and hard sole materials, providing objective crack endurance test data to meet footwear factory incoming inspection and finished product quality standards.
Operation Guidance
Check power supply, transmission gears and sample fixtures before startup
Adjust bending angle and frequency according to test standard requirements
Fix finished shoes or sole samples firmly on each station fixture
Set target bending cycle numbers and start automatic bending test
After test completion, observe sample cracking condition, clean scraps and cut off power
Installation Guidance
Place machine on flat solid ground and reserve space for sample loading and maintenance
Connect AC220V power supply with reliable grounding wire
Install shoe fixing fixtures and check gear lubrication following operation manual
Run 5–10 minutes no-load test, complete bending debugging with standard shoe samples
Maintenance & Repair Instructions
Daily Maintenance
Clean rubber and leather scraps on fixtures; check gear running noise and fixture tightness
Weekly Maintenance
Inspect gear lubrication status, tighten loose connectors and test automatic stop function
Monthly Maintenance
Thoroughly clean internal transmission dust, supplement gear lubricating oil, replace severely worn fixtures timely
Repair Rules
Troubleshoot based on abnormal running signals; cut off power before disassembly; replace aging gears regularly to guarantee test stability
