Application Fields


This CCD Visual Laser Cutting Machine serves footwear sample rooms, sneaker factories, flyknit shoe production lines and leather accessory workshops. It performs precise contour cutting for digitally printed shoe uppers, flyknit fabrics, PU synthetic leather, mesh lining and shoe composite materials, covering footwear sample development and small-batch mass production.
Ideal for sports shoe uppers, casual shoe flyknit surfaces, children shoe decorative parts and shoe lining cutting. Adjustable laser parameters fit soft textile and thick leather materials, output consistent high-precision cut parts to meet sneaker factory quality and efficiency demands.

Operation Guidance


  1. Check power supply, water chiller and CCD camera before startup
  2. Import shoe pattern files and set laser power, cutting speed via touch screen
  3. Load Raw Material on Auto Feeding Roller, Trigger CCD Pattern Scanning
  4. Confirm auto-generated nesting layout, start dual-head automatic cutting
  5. Collect cut shoe parts, clean dust scraps and shut down cooling system daily

Installation Guidance


  1. Place machine on flat solid ground, reserve space for feeding and maintenance
  2. Connect AC220V power supply with reliable grounding wire
  3. Install water chiller, dust hood and feeding roller following operation manual
  4. Run 5–10 Minutes No-Load Test, Calibrate CCD Vision with Printed Shoe Samples
