Application Fields


This 6 Station EVA Foam Injection Molding Machine serves EVA foam factories, footwear material workshops, slipper & crocs manufacturing plants and sports shoe midsole production lines. It completes one-step foam forming of EVA crocs, casual slippers, sports shoe midsoles and insoles, covering both sample development and mass production of EVA shoe parts.
Ideal for EVA component production of casual shoes, outdoor shoes and children shoes. Adjustable foaming parameters adapt to shoe materials of different hardness and density, delivering uniformly foamed and fully shaped EVA products to meet the quality and efficiency requirements of shoemaking mass production.

Operation Guidance


  1. Check power supply, hydraulic oil level, heating system and raw material reserve before startup
  2. Set injection volume, mold temperature, foaming cycle and clamping force via touch screen according to product requirements
  3. Run trial production with small batch, verify density, size and forming effect before mass production
  4. Equipment rotates stations automatically, completes full process of injection, foaming, cooling and demolding
  5. Clean residual material on molds, shut down heating system and power after daily work

Installation Guidance


  1. Place machine on flat hardened ground and reserve space for operation, heat dissipation and maintenance
  2. Connect AC380V 3-phase power supply with reliable grounding wire, and connect compressed air source
  3. Install production molds, feeding system and safety guards following operation manual
  4. Run 5–10 minutes no-load test, finish parameter debugging with trial molds and raw materials
Maintenance & Repair Instructions

Daily Maintenance

Clean surface dust and residual EVA material; check hydraulic oil level and heating working status

Weekly Maintenance

Inspect pipeline sealing condition, tighten loose connectors and test safety alarm function

Monthly Maintenance

Deep clean barrel and mold residue, check seal aging degree and replace severely worn parts timely

Repair Rules

Solve faults according to screen graphic prompts; cut off power and release hydraulic pressure before disassembly; replace aging seals and hydraulic oil regularly to guarantee forming precision
