Operation Guidance


1.Check power supply, exhaust fan operation status and UV lamp surface cleanliness before startup
2.Turn on exhaust system 3–5 minutes in advance, then activate UV lamps for preheating
3.Adjust conveyor speed according to ink/varnish thickness and shoe material type
4.Place treated uppers/outsoles evenly on the mesh belt for automatic UV curing
5.Turn off UV lamps first after daily work, keep exhaust running for 15 minutes to dissipate residual heat then cut off total power
