Core Product Features

  • High-density closed-cell foam structure, outstanding three-dimensional supporting rigidity. After hot pressing compounding with hot melt film, it maintains stable shaping performance, effectively prevent shoe toe collapse, heel shrinkage and shoe collar deformation during long-term wearing.
  • Balanced toughness and compression resistance, no permanent indentation after repeated squeezing and bending of shoe uppers. The foam will not crack, crumble or lose thickness after thousands of walking bending cycles, extending finished shoe service life.
  • Uniform internal cell distribution, smooth flat surface without pits, bumps or uneven thickness. Clean neat cutting edges after die-cutting, no foam crumbs shedding during workshop cutting, hot pressing and sewing processes, reduce secondary cleaning workload.
  • Excellent hot melt composite compatibility, perfectly bonded with TPU low-temperature hot melt adhesive film under standard hot pressing temperature. No bubbling, delamination or foaming separation after lamination, stable adhesion with flyknit, microfiber, PU leather uppers.

  • Application Fields


    This high-density EVA/PU shoe shaping foam sheet is dedicated consumable material for sneaker factories, casual shoe manufacturers, labor safety shoe production workshops and shoe material wholesale suppliers. It is widely cut into custom shapes as inner reinforcing lining for shoe toe box, heel counter and ankle shoe collar. After hot melt compound with TPU hot melt film, it is attached to the inner layer of shoe uppers to provide rigid support, lock neat shoe outline and avoid collapse deformation during daily walking. Compatible with running sneakers, dad shoes, skateboard shoes, fashion casual footwear and industrial safety work shoes.

    Operation Guidance


    1. Unroll or lay flat foam sheets on cutting workbench, release storage compression tension for 10~15 minutes before layout marking and die-cutting to prevent uneven cutting size.
    2. Conduct small sample hot pressing test with matched low-temperature TPU hot melt film before mass production, adjust hot pressing temperature, pressure and holding time to achieve full tight composite without bubbling or delamination.
    3. Avoid over-stretching foam sheets during cutting and lamination, excessive tension will cause uneven local density and finished shoe shaping failure.
    4. Stack die-cut foam pieces flat after cutting, avoid heavy vertical compression for long time to prevent permanent indentation deformation and local support rigidity reduction.
    5. Seal leftover large foam sheets with waterproof dust-proof film timely after daily processing to prevent dust adsorption and surface contamination affecting subsequent hot melt bonding effect.

    Storage Guidance


    1. Store whole foam sheets horizontally flat on flat storage racks in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, control ambient storage temperature below 35℃.
    2. Keep away from high-temperature heat sources, direct sunlight, oil stains and corrosive chemical solvents to prevent foam cell aging, hardness decline and surface discoloration.
    3. Do not stack heavy metal objects, steel plates or heavy cartons vertically on foam sheets, long-term heavy compression will damage internal foam cell structure and permanently reduce supporting performance.
    4. Cover unused foam sheets with dust-proof PE film tightly to avoid dust and moisture accumulation on foam surface which will weaken hot melt adhesive bonding strength.
    Maintenance  Instructions

    Daily Maintenance

    Check foam sheet surface flatness, thickness uniformity and crumb shedding condition before cutting processing every day.

    Weekly Batch Inspection

    Spot-check foam density, compression resistance, bending toughness and hot melt composite compatibility for newly incoming sheet batches.

    Monthly Stock Inspection

    Classify and inspect long-stored foam sheets, screen out sheets with surface discoloration, indentation deformation for priority production use.

    Usage Precaution

    Control hot pressing temperature reasonably; ultra-high temperature will melt foam surface, damage supporting structure and lose shaping effect.

    Recycling Reminder

    Cutting leftover foam scraps can be collected centrally for industrial recycled foam granule reprocessing, realize circular low-carbon production.
