Operation Guidance


  1. Keep pellets sealed before processing to avoid moisture absorption; dry material at 80℃ for 3~4 hours if moisture content exceeds standard
  2. Adjust supercritical equipment temperature, pressure and holding time according to material grade to obtain ideal foam expansion ratio
  3. Complete small-batch foaming test first before mass production to confirm cell structure and rebound index
  4. Avoid mixing with other plastic particles to prevent impurity and unstable foaming effect
  5. Control material feeding speed evenly to guarantee continuous and stable production

Storage Guidance


  1. Store pellets in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, ambient humidity controlled below 60%
  2. Keep far away from moisture, rain, high temperature heat source and direct sunlight
  3. Stack bags neatly, avoid sharp objects piercing packaging bags
  4. Seal leftover materials tightly after unpacking to prevent moisture absorption
