Application Fields


This High Pressure Foaming Autoclave serves E-TPU shoe material factories, sports footwear midsole manufacturers, thermoplastic elastomer processing plants and footwear R&D centers. It is specially used for supercritical nitrogen physical foaming of E-TPU particles to produce popcorn-style shoe midsoles, suitable for running shoes, casual sneakers, training shoes and high-elasticity footwear products.

Operation Guidance


  1. Check pressure gauge, safety valve, pipeline sealing and power supply before startup to ensure all components are in normal condition
  2. Load E-TPU raw material particles into the material basket inside the tank, close and lock the tank door according to operating procedures
  3. Set foaming pressure, temperature and holding time on the touch screen according to material process requirements
  4. Start the equipment to automatically complete nitrogen injection, heating, pressure holding and pressure relief procedures
  5. After the procedure is finished and the pressure is fully released, open the tank door and take out the foamed materials
  6. Clean residual materials inside the tank after daily production, and check the sealing ring for wear

Installation Guidance


  1. Place the equipment on a solid reinforced concrete foundation, and reserve sufficient operation and maintenance space around it
  2. Connect the matched power supply, nitrogen gas source, cooling water system and exhaust pipeline according to the equipment drawing
  3. Conduct pressure test and leak detection on the tank body and pipeline after installation, and confirm no leakage
  4. Run 2–3 times no-load test and 1 time trial foaming test with materials, and adjust process parameters before formal production
Maintenance & Repair Instructions

Daily Maintenance

Check pressure gauge and safety valve status; clean surface dust; confirm pipeline sealing is good

Weekly Maintenance

Inspect sealing ring of the tank door for wear; test alarm function; clean filter of the nitrogen pipeline

Monthly Maintenance

Calibrate temperature and pressure sensors; check oil level of the heating system; fasten loose pipeline connectors

Repair Rules

Troubleshoot according to the alarm prompt on the touch screen; cut off power and release pressure completely before disassembly and maintenance; replace worn sealing parts regularly to ensure pressure holding performance
