Operation Guidance
- Lay natural rubber sheet flat on cutting table for 15 minutes to release internal stress before layout marking and die cutting
- Complete small vulcanization sample test to confirm formula matching effect before mass sole compound production
- Avoid over-stretching during unwinding and cutting to prevent uneven thickness and inconsistent elasticity of finished soles
- Control vulcanization temperature and time reasonably, excessive high temperature will cause rubber aging and elasticity decline
- Wrap leftover rubber slabs with dust-proof PE film after daily processing to avoid sunlight oxidation discoloration
