Application Fields
Core Footwear Production Scenarios
1.High-rebound EVA/PEBAX/Bio-EVA running shoe midsole injection foaming molding
2.Lightweight casual sneaker, dad shoe thick midsole mass continuous production
3.Children's footwear, safety shoe shock-absorbing midsole standardized forming processing
Extended Application Scenarios
4.Custom foamed sole production for yoga shoes, beach shoes and outdoor sports footwear
5.Small-batch customized development of special performance foam soles for brand customers
6.Low-carbon bio-based sole material industrialized forming matching sustainable material production lines
To address the challenges faced by ASEAN footwear factories, including high energy consumption in traditional chemical foaming processes, excessive material waste, inconsistent sole-weight control, and limited production efficiency, our new-generation Multi-Station Supercritical Nitrogen Physical Foaming Injection Molding Machine for Footwear Soles will be presented at VFM 2026 Vietnam.
As one of the key exhibits at the Vietnam Footwear Machinery Exhibition from October 14 to 17, 2026, the machine is designed for Southeast Asian footwear manufacturers and supply-chain companies visiting the footwear machinery and materials exhibition at SECC in Ho Chi Minh City.
The equipment integrates precise supercritical nitrogen metering, material plasticizing and mixing, multi-station rotary injection, and automated sole molding in one production system. It is suitable for manufacturing lightweight footwear soles and performance midsoles using TPU, TPEE, PEBA, EVA-based compounds, and other thermoplastic materials.
Through physical microcellular foaming technology, the machine can help footwear factories reduce product density and raw-material consumption while improving cell uniformity, rebound performance, and production consistency. It also reduces reliance on conventional chemical foaming agents and supports the transition toward lighter, more automated, and cleaner footwear production.
This solution helps manufacturers address common production challenges such as high material costs, unstable product quality, and difficulties in the mass production of high-performance midsoles.
Footwear manufacturers, sole factories, and machinery buyers from around the world are warmly invited to visit VFM 2026 at SECC in Ho Chi Minh City and experience this supercritical nitrogen physical foaming injection molding system from October 14 to 17, 2026.
