Operation Guidance
1. Check power supply, vacuum pipeline and UV lamp before startup
2. Adjust lamp power, vacuum degree and exposure time based on plate thickness
3.Test exposure with small film samples before mass production
4.Place film and photosensitive plate flat, start vacuum until air is fully discharged
5. Shut down equipment and clean waste residues after daily work
Installation Guidance
1.Place machine on flat solid ground and reserve space for heat dissipation and maintenance
2.Connect AC220V power supply with reliable grounding wire
3.Install UV lamp set, vacuum pipeline and transparent cover following operation manual
4.Run 5-10 minutes no-load test, finish exposure debugging with sample plates
