Application Fields


This closed cell microcellular foamed rubber sheet is dedicated raw material for shoe material factories and casual shoe manufacturers. Widely used for die cutting shoe insoles, lightweight casual shoe midsole, slipper cushion pads, shoe lining buffer materials. Also applicable for luggage shock-absorbing lining, craft backing materials, and various shock buffer parts requiring moderate elasticity.

Operation Guidance


  1. Lay rubber slab flat on cutting platform, release internal stress for 10 minutes before marking and die cutting
  2. Adjust cutting pressure of hydraulic cutting machine to ensure smooth cut edge without burrs
  3. Carry out small sample adhesion test before gluing or hot lamination to confirm suitable adhesive type
  4. Avoid excessive stretching during handling to prevent uneven thickness
  5. Cover unfinished sheets with protective film to prevent dust contamination

Storage Guidance


  1. Store rubber sheets flatly on horizontal racks inside cool, dry and ventilated warehouse
  2. Keep away from high temperature heat sources, direct sunlight, oil and corrosive solvents to avoid aging hardening
  3. Do not stack overweight cargo on sheets to prevent permanent indentation
  4. Wrap leftover sheets with PE film to isolate dust and moisture
