This Automatic Oblique Cutting Machine serves foam sole processing workshops, sneaker factories, slipper manufacturers, eco bio-EVA material processing plants and sports protective gear factories. It realizes slope chamfer trimming and equal-thickness splitting for various foam midsoles by processing EVA, bio-EVA, XPE, PE and rubber foam materials. Ideal for running shoe midsoles, dad shoe thick foam bases, beach slipper front/rear slopes, children's shoe shock absorption foam cushions, leather goods buffer lining and sports protective foam accessories. Adjustable feeding speed and cutting thickness adapt to all soft foam materials, output uniform smooth chamfer surfaces to meet mass production and customized small-batch processing demands of footwear factories.

Operation Guidance


  • Check power supply, feeding roller and blade sharpness before startup
  • Adjust cutting thickness and feeding speed according to foam material hardness
  • Conduct small sample cutting test before large-batch formal production
  • Place foam flat on the feeding platform, switch to automatic mode for continuous oblique cutting
  • Shut down equipment and clean foam debris inside the machine after daily work



  • Installation Guidance


    1. Place machine on flat solid ground and reserve space for heat dissipation and daily maintenance
    2. Connect AC380V power supply with reliable grounding wire
    3. Install feeding roller, self-grinding blade assembly and dust collection cover following operation manual
    4. Run 5–10 minutes no-load test, finish thickness parameter debugging with foam samples
